The more bands & musicians I meet, talk to, watch perform and photograph, the more I appreciate the talent here in Ontario. Canada truly has some amazing talent that is yet to be fully discovered. Let's all work together to help artists get the recognition they deserve. Support local and Canadian talent, please share this and other posts online.
One of the artists I recently had the pleasure of seeing perform was none other than Courtney Bowles at Gravity Lounge in Oshawa. Front man for Rich With Sin (Richie Roberts) hosts an incredible weekly open mic night. I encourage fans of live music to check it out and musicians to come play. Small venue with great sound thanks to Jason Kellar. Courtney graced everyone with a live performance and reaffirmed the need for artists to be heard. In short she is talented, creative and I look forward to seeing where her music career goes. She graciously accepted my invitation for this blog. Here's what she had to say....
